MBSR - Stress Management Through Mindfulness - Time for Yourself - A Retreat at the Monastery
Mindfulness empowers people and allows them to enter into a loving relationship with life.
There’s no button you can press to clear your inner to-do list or shut off the constant stream of thoughts, but there is a way to bring your mind to rest. This leads to greater serenity, more joy in life, and greater resilience.
Breathing, feeling your body in motion and at rest, connecting with yourself, experiencing nature, introspection, recognizing patterns, and exploring new paths...
Discover the art of living mindfully or deepen your practice.
Experience for yourself just how powerful mindfulness can be!
