How do I work?
1-on-1 via Zoom. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Timeframe: 4 weeks. You set the pace.
Methods from systemic, creative, and mental work. Energetic clearing, if appropriate. Human Design and numerology only if it helps you. Sober, clear, no frills.
Detailed process?
Session 1 - Understanding:
We gather facts about the symptom. Since when, where, and how does it manifest? Situations in which it intensifies. We clarify your goal. Then we listen to the symptom. What is the main message? Initial relief.
Session 2 – Feeling and Categorizing:
We bring the underlying emotions to the surface. Shame, anger, fear, grief, loyalty. We examine who the emotion belongs to. To you today or to old attachments.
Session 3 – Solution:
We untangle the entanglements holding you back. You feel more clearly what is yours.
Session 4 - Integration and Next Step:
We organize what we’ve found. You receive clear, supportive statements. Simple exercises for home. Dealing with triggers in everyday life. We note how you’ll recognize that things are getting easier. Conclusion with an outlook.
Between sessions?
Short prompts via email, when appropriate. A simple exercise for self-awareness. Optional prompts to record observations in your journal. No obligation, no pressure. Just what supports you.
Typical topics?
Head, neck, back. Stomach, intestines. Bladder. Skin. Menstrual cycle. Exhaustion. Restlessness. Pressure in the chest. Numbness or tingling. You come with a symptom. We stay focused.
What do you bring?
A willingness to be honest with yourself. A quiet place for the session. Pen and paper. That’s all it takes.
What doesn’t happen here?
No medical diagnosis. No promise of a cure. We work on an emotional and systemic level. Medical evaluation remains your responsibility.
Why four sessions?
One session is often enough to get an initial picture. Four give you a clear process: Recognize. Feel. Solution. Integrate. Afterward, you’ll know if you want to go deeper. If the issue is more complex, you can continue. No pressure.
Logistical details?
Online via Zoom. Four sessions within 4 weeks. Each session lasts 60 minutes. Language: German. After booking, you’ll receive the link and a brief orientation.

A companion journal as a PDF. Audio files for body awareness. Additional one-on-one sessions if your issue requires more space.
