A few days without having to worry about anything! Enjoy a break from everyday life! With Qigong and Yin Yoga, you will experience unparalleled relaxation, enjoy walks in the monastery garden, sit down to delicious meals at the set table, and in the evening, simply fall into bed relaxed or chat with like-minded people. The combination of Qigong and Yin Yoga is particularly suitable for complete relaxation and forgetting everyday life for a few days. Qigong helps to optimize energy flow with its centered, meditative movements and targeted breathing. Both yoga and Qigong are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners who want to learn a special mix of the two Far Eastern methods. Mindful walking through nature and the monastery garden promotes mindfulness and directs your attention to the essentials. The weekend retreat is rounded off with silent and guided meditations, which can have a special effect in a group setting. A sustainably relaxing weekend retreat that feels like a longer vacation. The Qigong trainer is a certified Qi Gong teacher recognized by the German Taiji-Qigong Association and a trained TCM therapist. A time out, something just for me and with me, that's how it all started. Of all the offers, the one from Kerstin, Energieraum Heinsberg in the monastery, appealed to me the most. Yoga and Qi Gong - a mega combo. What wonderful and experienced women (Kerstin with Qi Gong and Savya with Yoga), great group and fantastic place in the monastery. An exciting, sporty, energetic, thought-free and really delicious weekend :). The booking for next year is sure, then in combi with Kung Fu - I'm in! Such a weekend is highly recommended, suitable for all ages and whether stressed or not, treat yourself to such a time out! For you and with you! Dear THANK YOU for this experience!

Very nice weekend with competent teachers. A must for all who want to know Yin Yoga and Qi Gong. Very good for beginners, but also practiced will still take a lot. Monastery is very atmospheric. The accommodation is functional and sufficient.
Kerstin and Sanya were a loving, emphatic duo. We immediately felt at ease. The program was great, intense and varied. The monastery has a great atmosphere, so you immediately relax upon arrival. Rooms simple, clean and a great view of the garden. The food is very rich and better than in some hotels. Volunteer kitchen fairies! Qigong is very meditative and Kerstin has a lot of knowledge and teaching skills as a trainer. Sanya gently and meditatively passed on her skills to us. The yoga room in the attic was very atmospheric, although a bit chilly in winter. Always a pleasure....and I had a great, energy-charged WE with my daughter.
