The special flair of the monastery walls gives us the opportunity to leave everyday life behind us. In addition to relaxed yoga classes, you will learn methods and skills for dealing with stress that are suitable for everyday life. This short break will help you recharge your energy stores. The speaker Hugo Polz.
For many years, he was the managing director of a marketing agency and was looking for methods to recharge his batteries, focus and relax at the same time. During this search, he got to know and love yoga. Today he lives and works in both "worlds". In one world, he is the managing director of a district sports association; in the other, he works as a yoga teacher and trainer and stress management coach.
Yoga and meditation have become a big part of his life, not only on the mat, but also in everyday life. Yoga is always a new journey of discovery for him. New encounters and exchanges with participants or team colleagues always open new doors of inspiration. Yoga-Coaches was founded by him to practise yoga with many people, to create magical moments - full of warmth.
