What to Expect
Yoga that brings us together

Partner exercises, group exercises, movements that foster closeness—and just as much space for everyone to be on their own.
The retreat is suitable for everyone; you don’t need any prior yoga experience.
In addition to yoga, we’ll create many lasting memories

The daily schedule isn’t always the same, but here’s an example of what a day might look like

8:00–9:00
Waking up the body, for those who like to get up early | Yoga & meditation | gentle, clear, grounding | movement that connects you with yourself
9:00–9:30
A short morning yoga flow | Late risers can join in here too
From 10:00: A leisurely brunch
Time for yourselves
Enjoy the sea. Take a walk. Read. Sleep. Go on excursions. Play. Chat.
As a couple. Or in a larger group.
5:30–7:00 PM
Yoga | Flow. Breathing. Letting go.
A joyful yoga practice to round out the day. With creative elements, partner exercises, music, etc.
Dinner together
On some evenings, we’ll meet again in the yoga room to sing, dance, or unwind together
This rhythm provides you with stability and gives you freedom.
