The retreat focuses on coaching, “me time,” and nature—tuning into ourselves and letting go: Together in a group of wonderful women, we’ll empower one another and realize that we’re never alone in dealing with our challenges. Together, we’ll spend a wonderful weekend doing something good for ourselves—both physically and emotionally—and taking the time to listen more closely to our inner selves and reflect. We’ll have in-depth coaching sessions, experience nature with all our senses, and also consciously take time to be still. And the best part: We’ll enjoy the ultimate luxury of an alpine retreat at over 1,000 meters.
Since I place a high value on quality in my retreats, there are only 4 spots available per retreat. This ensures that it won’t be a mass event, but that I’ll have enough time to address your needs personally. I place a very high value on individuality.

Welcome to the Köpfle Alpe in Balderschwang—right in the heart of the Allgäu and very close to the Bregenzerwald. You can look forward to authentic Alpine cuisine made with fresh, regional ingredients from the Allgäu and the area around Hittisau. Whether savory or sweet, vegetarian or vegan—we have something to suit every taste.
Included with your stay is a hearty breakfast, as well as a sweet and savory afternoon snack.

Arrive by Friday at 2:00 p.m., followed by a group hike to the Köpfle Alpe.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: a customized program; flexibility is necessary due to the weather.
Sunday: Departure in the afternoon.

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival.If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 60% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 40% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 1% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel unexpectedly, the following terms apply. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to choose someone else to participate.

- Up to 60 days before departure: All costs will be refunded
- Up to 30 days before departure: 60% of the costs will be refunded
- Up to 7 days before departure: 40% of the costs will be refunded
- 6 days or less before departure: 0% of the costs will be refunded
The cancellation policy for the Köpfle Alpe is as follows:
• Cancellations made up to 180 days before arrival are free of charge. Only a
one-time processing fee of 40.00 euros applies.
• Up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, 20% of the booked package
is due / charged.
• Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, 30% of the booked package
is due / charged.
• Up to 7 days before the arrival date, 70% of the booked package is due
and will be charged.
• Starting 6 days before the arrival date, 90% of the booked package is due
and will be charged.
