Your individual Ayurvedic diet plan is passed on to the kitchen team and prepared there for your well-being. The recommendations of the doctors are implemented in the restaurant 'Vapika' under the direction of Mr. John. The exquisite Ayurveda buffet is divided into Vatha, Pitha and Kapha. All ingredients are organically grown and freshly prepared.
You even have the opportunity to learn the recipes during the weekly "show cooking". To get to know Kerala better, concerts with traditional music and dance are organized in the restaurant.

The Nattika Beach Resort focuses on restoring the natural harmony of body and mind. During the first consultation, the doctors will ask you about your medical history and perform the Ayurveda prescribed examinations. (Darshana - observation; Sparshana - palpation, tapping, listening; Prashna - questioning about general health, with particular focus on lifestyle, diet, habits and the general environment).
The key to an effective Ayurveda treatment also lies in the power to relax completely through yoga and meditation. Yoga asanas are individually adapted to each guest after the Ayurveda doctors have consulted with the yoga masters.
