The retreat will take place at the nARTura Retreat House in Rubland. There are 3 shared rooms, which can also be booked for single occupancy depending on availability. There are also campsites for RVs and tents.
Accommodations must be booked directly with the retreat center. The price for accommodations, meals, and the daily flat rate is €206 for 2 days and must be booked and paid directly at the retreat center.

Meals include a full vegetarian meal plan with breakfast/brunch, a hot main course, and cake, coffee, and juices served throughout the day. The ingredients come from our own garden and regional farms. Our hosts provide us with meals that are prepared with love and passion throughout the retreat.
The price for meals, lodging, and the daily flat rate for the retreat is €206 and must be booked and paid directly to the accommodation provider.

We’ll begin the retreat on Friday at 4:00 p.m. in the seminar room to settle in, leave our daily lives behind, get into the right mindset for the retreat, and get to know one another. Afterward, we’ll take a mindful step out into nature, where we’ll spend most of our time (only once we’ve settled in on all levels can we truly open ourselves to nature, and our experiences of nature will be all the more intense). We’ll begin with some nature exercises related to the theme (“Finding Your Center”); this is where we’ll first delve into the topic in a mindful way. Afterward, we’ll have dinner featuring a full vegetarian meal and non-alcoholic beverages such as natural juices, pure spring water, and—if desired—tea or coffee. On Saturday, we’ll start early with a morning session focused on waking up and body awareness, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll head out into nature, where we’ll spend time until the afternoon—engaging in mindful hiking, sensory and mindfulness exercises, reflection sessions, and small rituals in nature. “Me-time” until dinner. A short evening session outdoors. On Sunday, before breakfast, there will be another morning session, followed by breakfast and a final morning in nature with a ritual and an opportunity to integrate what has been learned and what you’d like to take back into your daily life. The retreat ends on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

The nARTura Retreat House is accessible by train via Feistritz an der Drau and by car, taking the exit for Feistritz an der Drau. For the final 7 km from the train station, a shuttle organized by the retreat center takes participants to Rubland and brings them back at the end of the retreat. The shuttle service is included in the retreat center’s daily rate.
