With the help of nature, we create a nurturing environment for you that helps you relax, calm your mind, get some exercise, and reconnect with yourself in a mindful way. In a small group of up to 6 people, you’ll meet others who share your interests. We are two qualified coaches and will guide you throughout the entire experience. With the help of nature, you’ll rediscover your strengths, shift your perspective, and thereby transform how you think, feel, and act. Inspired and with renewed self-confidence, you’ll embark on new, exciting paths. Our creative, plant-based meals consistently feature fresh, regional ingredients because a mindful retreat begins with the conscious choice of our food. Look forward to ending each day around the campfire in a cozy setting.

We have reserved single or double rooms with breakfast at the Landgasthaus & Hotel "Jägerheim" in Löbsal for the two nights at a price of €180.00.
Catering
Breakfast at the Jägerheim lodge
At lunchtime, we’ll have a picnic in the woods. In the evening, we’ll enjoy lovingly prepared plant-based dishes cooked in a fire pit over the campfire. Meals and drinks are included in the price

Day 1: 5:00 p.m. Arrival with a mindful walk, coaching session to get to know each other, campfire cooking, evening walk
Day 2: Coaching hike in the Seußlitzer Grund Nature Reserve (approx. 8–10 km), guided forest walk exploring nature’s principles of success (stability and resources), evening meditation, and dinner cooked over a fire pit
Day 3: Running training or walking with breathing exercises, practical strategies to apply in daily life, closing session around the soup pot, ending around 3:00 PM
Arrival
You can reach your accommodation by car or public transportation. There is a free parking lot at the country inn.

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 6 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
You will receive the 20% deposit as a credit toward future bookings. (Valid for 2 years)
In the event of cancellation by us:
If we are forced to cancel the retreat due to weather conditions or health reasons, there are two options:
a) The retreat will be offered at a later date
b) You will receive the deposit as a voucher for future bookings. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
