BookWe’ll treat your taste buds to a full vegetarian and vegan meal plan. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, recharge with freshly prepared soups and salads, before being invited to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.
When we are outdoors, our inner selves open up as well. The combination of movement and nature—practiced mindfully and without haste—is a powerful path to emotional stability. During this week, you will experience how mindful walking, conscious breathing, and gentle bodywork calm the nervous system—and how this can lead to a deep, sustaining emotional balance.
Many people experience inner restlessness, sensory overload, or the feeling of being overwhelmed by emotions in their daily lives. This retreat addresses exactly that: It creates a safe space where you learn not to suppress your feelings, but to acknowledge and regulate them with kindness. Mindfulness in motion, conscious pauses, and gently guided moments of reflection strengthen your ability to remain stable and centered even in challenging situations.
In the morning, you’ll begin with a mindfulness practice in nature: moving slowly, breathing deeply, and feeling your body. The surrounding fields, the light of day, and the vastness of Mallorca have a calming effect on body and mind—and help release emotional tension early on. This is followed by yoga and/or Pilates sessions that gently build strength and enhance body awareness—an important foundation for emotional self-regulation.
In the evening, the space expands: in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathing, or relaxation techniques, you are invited to let go of everything that has moved you. These sessions invite you to treat yourself with compassion, release inner tensions, and experience a new depth of serenity and emotional expansiveness.
Alina Delschen guides you through this week with great mindfulness. “Nature heals” is not just an empty phrase here, but an experience: those who connect with nature—both externally and internally—rediscover peace, trust, and emotional balance.
The Son Manera Retreat Finca, with its Mediterranean garden, the colors of the south, spa area, and vegetarian-vegan cuisine, offers the ideal setting for this—soothingly quiet, nourishing, and healing.

Program details:
For 4 hours each day, you will focus on the themes “Nature Heals – Mindfulness and Emotional Balance.” There are no scheduled activities on the arrival and departure days.
Arrival is on Saturdays in Palma de Mallorca. Arrival on other days is available upon request.
