Nature & outdoor retreat with medial energy work & spiritual coaching - Atlantic Ocean, Southern Spain

This individual retreat is about remembering how we can live in and with nature again. The focus is on direct contact with nature, plants, animals and the elements. It is also about reactivating our basic trust and thereby overcoming socially induced fears.

Grounding yoga, strengthening element exercises, guided meditation and astral journeys, energy and healing work, nature meditations at places of power, drumming, power animals and beach walks help you to regain your trust and strength. The individual retreats allow us to respond sensitively to your needs.

The retreats take place individually as an intensive retreat or in small groups (2 to 3 participants) - so I can respond to the needs of each individual.

I will organize the accommodation for you. In the magical green oasis there are beautiful yurts with an enchanted garden and a communal kitchen and terrace. If you like, you can also take the option of spending the night outside. Accommodation costs from €60 per night depending on the time of year.

On the days when there is no food, self-catering is provided. There are shops and restaurants in Zahora. On Saturdays there is an eco-market with fresh vegetables in the neighboring village of Los Caños.

Retreat program 6 days
The retreat program takes place over 6 days - 5 morning sessions (approx. 120 min) and 4 evening sessions (approx. 90 min).

19.30h: Ayurvedic vegan wrap
