RETREAT THEME
In this retreat with Indira, the focus is on reconnecting with your spiritual power and primal nature, as well as with the four elements—earth, fire, water, and air. Grounding yoga, strengthening and integrating exercises based on the four elements, guided meditations and astral journeys, nature meditations at power spots, drumming & singing, power animal journeys, sage smudging, nature meditations & hikes will help you reconnect with your confidence and strength. The retreat takes place in small groups so that we can address the needs of each individual.

The retreats are led by Indira. Indira is a certified cultural economist, former management consultant and trainer, health consultant, and certified yoga and meditation teacher with advanced training in energy and healing work.

RETREAT ACCOMMODATIONS
Depending on the date, the retreat will take place at Kraftquelle Untersberg or Villa Aldefeld. Both locations are surrounded by the panoramic views of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the powerful, energizing, and healing nature of the mountains.

AYURVEDIC MEALS
For an additional fee, you have the option of choosing a meal plan—Ayurvedic, wholesome, healthy, organic, and cooked with love. Vegetarian or vegan meals are also available upon request.

Sessions are held in the morning and afternoon. In between, there is time for reflection and short hikes. Or simply to recharge your spirit in our beautiful mountain garden with its panoramic views.

I participated for one week in the retreat in Berchtesgaden with Indira and Heinz. Already on the first day of the retreat I felt very well. From that point on, I felt completely healthy, could let go and just enjoy life and the wonderful surroundings. It seemed for the week as if all worries and physical ailments were blown away and I had arrived in the here and now. Indira did healing work with me and one other participant in the mornings and evenings. From time to time she also gave individual sessions, so that she could deal with one and one's own problems individually. During the retreat she cooked for us and took care of all intolerances. So I can only recommend this retreat and I am infinitely grateful that I was able to experience this.
