Summary

Celebrate the New Year with us in the desert of Wadi Rum! Enjoy meditation classes and gentle stretching in the morning, bodywork, trekking, and healing sessions such as past life regression, breathwork to release old energies and connect with the divine. We set our intention to experience healing and letting go, and to make space for a new beginning. If the weather conditions are good, we will also spend a night outside under the stars. We will set up a Bedouin camp for this. Of course, a campfire is a must (weather permitting). Enjoy a day trip to the magical rock city of Petra. We will spend 4 nights in a Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum.
A desert tour in a four-wheel drive pickup truck is included. This gives us the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Lawrence of Arabia. A camel ride is also a must. As winter nights can be very cold, we will pack the right clothes. A packing list will be sent to participants. This is how we have planned our program:

Accommodation

We sleep in a Bedouin camp. The tents are equipped with beds, bedding, and towels. We have a shared bathroom with showers and toilets (hot water). Our lounge tent has a fireplace, and we also have outdoor seating and fire pits. We have extra blankets and sleeping bags available.

Catering

Our chef conjures up buffets three times a day. We prepare delicious and healthy vegetarian dishes as well as typical local dishes. Our guests can make themselves tea or coffee throughout the day. Drinking water is also always available. You can bring a reusable cup or thermos flask with you; we provide cups at the camp. Petra: Lunch box

Traveling to Wadi Rum from Amman: From Amman, you can take a domestic flight to Aqaba and then take a taxi to Wadi Rum (approx. 35-50 JOD per car) or take the Jett bus from Abdali or 7th Circle (both in Amman) to Aqaba (several times a day) and then take a taxi to Wadi Rum. Private driver from Amman / or Queen Alia from 120/135 JOD per trip per car In the morning, there is a bus from Amman to the Wadi Rum Visitor Center (see below for information): Jett Bus (please note that tickets can only be purchased in Jordan)
Otherwise, there are several providers offering tickets online. The cheapest way to travel is by rental car. It is really easy to drive in Jordan, just watch out for bumps!!! Take photos and videos of the inside and outside of the rental car when you pick it up, and also look under the car.

Petra - Wadi Rum: From Petra, you can reach Wadi Rum by car or taxi - there is also a bus twice a day (6 a.m. or 5 p.m.). From the village of Wadi Rum, there is a bus to Petra every morning at 9 a.m. Taxis cost around 50 JOD each way.

Aqaba - Wadi Rum You can reach us by Jett bus (departure at 7:30/8:00 a.m. from South Beach or Aqaba Terminal Jett Bus), by taxi from Aqaba Airport or from the city/bus terminal (prices between 35-50 JOD).

My stay in Wadi Rum was simply dreamy. The place radiates a special energy that is immediately palpable. The impressive rock formations and the tranquility of the desert create a magical atmosphere. The food was excellent! Every dish was delicious and reflected a love for tradition. I spent wonderful days, full of relaxation and adventure. The combination of breathtaking nature and culinary delights made my New Year's Eve unforgettable. Highly recommended!
