OCEAN WITHIN Immerse, feel, allow – a week in tune with the rhythm of water _____________________________________________ Autumn brings with it a special kind of softness. A time when everything becomes calmer and we can listen to our inner selves again. Ocean Within invites you to connect with the element of water, the cyclical qualities of the moon, and the creative energy of the second chakra: fluid, intuitive, and powerful at the same time. A week for emotion, devotion, movement, and being in your own natural rhythm.
The dynamic yoga sessions in the morning are oriented towards water and the moon: flowing transitions, wave-like sequences, smooth vinyasa flows, mostly based on the moon salutation, which you will also learn at the beginning of the week. You let your breath guide you and move through the flow, sometimes energetically, sometimes gently. Variations and assists support you in building trust in your body, sensing your limits, and perhaps even courageously taking small steps beyond them. The motto in the morning: feel, flow, become powerful.
The Yin Yoga sessions in the early evening are about letting go, deep inner presence, and giving space to the natural waves of your emotions. Longer poses invite you to allow softness, explore your limits, and connect with your intuition. The motto for the evening: listen inwardly, soften, receive.
The week is accompanied by playful, creative elements that nourish the second chakra: free dancing, intuitive movement impulses, partner exercises that create connection, and moments of expression without words. You may also want to take away some insights into cyclical energy (e.g., in relation to your monthly or life rhythm). Light, gentle, and free of expectations. At the end of the week, we will encounter the intense energy of the full moon and observe how it influences the water element. A special highlight will be a full moon ritual for connection, clarity, and gratitude. Together, we will create a week that supports, cleanses, liberates, and inspires, just like water itself. A week that reminds you: everything is allowed to flow. ______________________________________________________________________________ Beyond the yoga retreat, our camp program consists of surfing, open yoga classes for everyone, excursions, and small group events, such as a campfire. Between your scheduled yoga sessions and mealtimes, you are free to organize your day as you wish. At the beginning of the week, there is a trial surfing course for anyone who would like to try this water sport. If you want more, you can book additional courses during the week or use our surfing equipment on your own and jump into the water. The same applies to our yoga equipment, which is always available to you outside of the sessions.
If you feel like it, you can also explore the region, walk on the beach or hike in the Sierra D'arga, visit a regional market or take a day trip to the picturesque city of Porto.
