Intention of the training
In this training course you will receive impulses for a paradigm shift in your thinking and feeling in order to regain more access to your inner knowledge, your intuition and your unique abilities.

Contents of the basic course
The basic course contains over 60 educational videos & audios with knowledge transfer, meditation journeys, physical exercises and conscious breathing. You will also receive text instructions for self-study in combination with individual online sessions with me.

The basic course is suitable for people who want to expand their knowledge of energy work and learn self-healing methods. But also for those who already do energy & healing work with other people.

Individual online sessions with Indira (2.5h)
In the individual online sessions there is the option to ask questions about what you have learned, to repeat the methods and to go deeper into life issues.
