Healing meditation journeys
The healing meditation takes place lying down with sound and music. It is used for energetic harmonization, reconnection and self-healing. The high light frequency in meditation puts the body in a state of deep relaxation to calm the nervous system and activate the flow of energy by cleansing the chakras, meridians and aura.
