Angenehm weiches Wasser begleitet Dich durch Deine Zeit vor Ort und schenkt ein erfrischendes, belebendes Gefühl. Warmes Wasser steht Dir jederzeit zur Verfügung und wird nachhaltig sowie weitgehend autark aufbereitet – im Einklang mit der umgebenden Natur.

Auch im Außenbereich findest Du Deinen eigenen Platz zum Verweilen. Eine geschützte Sitzecke unter einer Weinlaube sowie ruhige Liegeflächen laden dazu ein, die Stille, die Weite und die besondere Atmosphäre dieses Ortes ganz in Deinem eigenen Rhythmus zu genießen.

Eingebettet in die Natur kannst Du hier zur Ruhe kommen, durchatmen und einfach sein – begleitet vom sanften Spiel von Licht, Luft und den Farben der Umgebung.

Eine etwaige Überlassung von Räumen erfolgt – sofern zutreffend – im Rahmen einer unentgeltlichen Gebrauchsüberlassung (comodato) gemäß Art. 1740 ff. des spanischen Código Civil und begründet weder ein Mietverhältnis noch ein Beherbergungsverhältnis im Sinne der Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos.

Die Nutzung erfolgt ausschließlich im Rahmen der privaten Wohnnutzung der Eigentümer und begründet keine eigenständige wirtschaftliche Nutzungseinheit.
Das Hausrecht sowie die Entscheidung über die Aufnahme von Personen fallen unter den Schutz der Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung gemäß Art. 18 der spanischen Verfassung.

On the day of your arrival, Vidyamor La Palma welcomes you with a delicious raw food dinner featuring fresh salad, avocados, sprouted grain bread, olives, and herbal tea. During the six days of your fasting retreat, Vidyamor La Palma offers a cleansing fasting menu throughout the day featuring organic fruits and vegetables, juices, and detox teas to help cleanse the body.

Every day there are two mono-meals, which means that you can eat as many mangoes as you like, for example, but not a mix of different fruits. This makes it easier to digest, and you’ll know when you’ve had enough. You won’t have to go hungry, as with other types of fasting. It’s a wonderful experience to eat food in its purest form for a while, just as Mother Nature intended. In addition to the two single-fruit meals, Vidyamor serves you three different juices and one liter of detox tea daily.

On the sixth day of the fast, Vidyamor La Palma adds a few avocados to break the fast. On the day of your departure, Vidyamor La Palma provides you with fruit, nuts, and dried fruit for your journey.

Meals are provided free of charge for the duration of your stay as a gesture of our hospitality.

Experience has shown that detox and yoga can have a noticeable positive impact on well-being and the healing process even in a short period of time. Many guests felt “reborn” after the intensive cleansing retreat.
Prevention rather than treatment

Since a large part of the entire immune system is located in the gut, cleansing it can be seen as an important foundation for a healthy immune system, greater vitality, and improved well-being. Effective and painless colonic irrigation is ideal for this purpose, as it can remove decades-old residues and hardened deposits.

The accompanying fruit and juice fast can support the body’s detoxification process and normalize the acid-base balance, which is thrown off by denatured foods such as white sugar, white flour, excessive meat consumption, or even stress.

Liver cleansing offers an easy-to-follow method for painlessly and effectively removing gallstones from the liver and gallbladder.

A Day at the Oasis

Your stay and the program are tailored to your personal needs and preferences. You start the day whenever you feel like it. Your fasting menu for the day will be served to you. Half an hour later, the first yoga session takes place. Afterward, you have the option to book additional detox treatments, explore the island, or simply relax. If you feel like it, pranayama and mantra chanting can also be included in the daily program.

Traveling by Air

Please book your flight to Santa Cruz de La Palma (SPC). An airport transfer is available, but the organizer recommends renting a car, as the Vidyamor Oasis is somewhat remote and not easily accessible by public transportation.

Airport transfer: The drive from La Palma Airport to the oasis takes about 75 minutes and costs €80 each way.
