In the Pilates & Yoga Retreat with Julia Grammel, you will learn how targeted movement, breathing, and mindfulness can lead to greater balance, both internally and externally.
The day begins with a 2-hour morning session combining Pilates training and stabilizing Hatha Yoga. The aim is to strengthen your muscles, improve your posture and at the same time promote mobility and flexibility. Theory sessions on the Pilates method deepen your understanding and invite you to consciously align your body.
In the afternoon, the focus is on letting go: Yin Yoga, Fascia Pilates, posture training, and regenerative relaxation methods such as guided meditation or breathing exercises help to gently release tension and realign the body. This creates space, calm, and a deep awareness of your own body.
The Son Manera Retreat Finca offers the ideal setting for this: with its spaciousness, spa area, saltwater pool, and vegetarian-vegan full board, it is a place for lasting relaxation. Only half an hour from Palma, yet in the heart of the island of Mallorca. The retreat is suitable for all levels of experience. No previous knowledge of Pilates or yoga is necessary – the motto is: you can be who you are. Program scope: The arrival and departure days are free of program so that you can arrive and depart in a relaxed manner. On the full days, there are 2 hours of program in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. (Morning: strengthening & theory, afternoon: relaxation & posture).
