As a true northern light from Kiel, I will accompany you on your journey to your personal "happiness growth area." After all, it is certainly no coincidence that the happiest people in Germany live in Schleswig-Holstein!

After your arrival, you will gradually calm down and immerse yourself in the here and now. Focus only on yourself and the moment. I will create the perfect space for you to do so. In the morning, you will meet in a protected space where only you are the center of attention. I will listen to you and give you ideas to help you discover your goals and new opportunities for your life path. Through my coaching, you will find clear direction and realize your full potential to lead a healthy, powerful, and fulfilling life! At Birke Spa, the "Birch Energy Ceremony" full-body treatment will strengthen your energy flow. You will find a place of relaxation in the various saunas. Or you can actively swim a few laps in our swimming pool. In the evening, you will be treated to freshly prepared dishes made from regional products at the hotel restaurant "Fischers Fritz."
