Powerhouse Active - Pilates for body & mind

The 800-year-old square farm in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

All rooms are furnished in country style and have a shower, WC and hairdryer or share a shower/WC. All rooms are deliberately TV-free. You can choose between a courtyard or country view. 230,000 square meters of meadows and woodland belong to the farm. The Kleebauer Hof is also home to various groups of animals: Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ponies, alpacas and porcupines enjoy country life here. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement (a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the same time). It is a non-smoking house, a smoking area is available. There is also an e-charging station for electric cars. Electric mopeds for exploring the surrounding area can be rented on site (for a fee).

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

The Pilates program at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center in the Mühlviertel region offers holistic training to strengthen body and mind. Targeted exercises strengthen the deep muscles in particular, which ensure a healthy posture and greater stability. At the same time, stretching and controlled movements promote flexibility and coordination of movement.

A central element is the training of the "powerhouse", i.e. the deep core muscles, which trains strength, balance and body awareness. Conscious breathing supports the flowing movements and contributes to mental relaxation. Pilates includes both mat exercises ("Pilates Matwork") and standing exercises ("Standing Pilates"), which improve balance and coordination.

This holistic training combines strength, stability, stretching and mindfulness and thus offers far more than classic fitness - it helps to find inner peace and create a conscious connection between body and mind. In the inspiring surroundings of the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you will experience Pilates as a method that promotes both physical and mental strength and has a positive effect on everyday life.
