And this is what a day—plus arrival and departure—might look like for you. Everything is customizable. We take your wishes into account in advance. During the retreat, we flow through the days so that you can connect with yourself in a completely relaxed way.
Arrival
After your arrival on the “Pellworm I,” I’ll welcome you at the Pellworm pier and take you to your accommodation. Depending on what you need, you’ll first settle into your room, then we’ll go out for a leisurely meal or a walk along the North Sea. This allows you to leave everyday life behind and get in the right mindset for the days ahead.
Here’s what the first full day might look like (the second day could be completely different)
We begin our day with a group meditation. During the individual retreat, the meditation is tailored to your physical and inner needs. The goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to incorporate a regular meditation practice into your daily life. Becoming aware of your own thoughts leads to inner peace, sharpens your mind, and allows you to express your creativity—your first, and perhaps most important, tool for dealing with challenging situations.
After we’ve gotten to know each other a bit better, we’ll fine-tune what we’ve discussed so far over tea or coffee. As always during our time together, there’s space for questions, doubts, and experiences of any kind.
Then we’ll begin with the first intensive session. An empathetic, intuitively guided conversation opens new pathways to the issue that brought you to the island. We’ll approach the topic at your own pace; whatever comes up is welcome. With this understanding, I’ll then use my intuitive abilities to see what your body has to say about it. Here, too, everything happens at your own pace.
A discussion rounds out the first intensive session.
After lunch together, you’ll have time to yourself. Perhaps you’d like to rest, exercise, or continue talking with me about everything under the sun.
In the afternoon, we’ll examine the topic we identified in the morning from a different perspective. From my toolkit, we’ll select exactly the method that’s needed. We’ll also explore the topic from the perspective of the background knowledge you’ve requested. All aspects of yourself are welcome and encouraged to participate in your process. We’ll find the approach that will continue to strengthen you in your daily life.
A meditation on the dike brings our day together to a close against a serene backdrop.
Departure
In good touch with yourself and well-prepared for what lies ahead, I’ll drive you to the Pellworm pier on the day of your departure. From there, the “Pellworm I” will slowly take you back toward your everyday life. You’ll depart knowing that you can ask me questions and share your experiences with me over the following month. In an online session, we’ll look back together on how your daily life has been enriched and see where you still need support.
