In the morning, choose whatever suits your taste from our extensive breakfast buffet. Here you’ll find coffee, tea, and a variety of juices; fresh fruits and vegetables; warm bread and jams; antipasti; freshly prepared egg dishes; and hearty muesli. Most of these items are organic and sourced from local farmers—fresh from the field or tree to your table.

In the afternoon, a light soup and homemade cakes are waiting for you. Whether you’d like to take your time or grab a quick bite—by the way, you’re welcome to wear your workout clothes or bathrobe here in the afternoon.

In the evening, choose between a five-course “Alpine Natural Cuisine” menu (classic, alkaline, or ketogenic) at the → Johannesstübli and our → Dirndlstüberl menu featuring Austrian specialties as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes.
