Over the course of these five days, you will immerse yourself in the philosophy of qigong. You will learn how qigong has evolved, the significance of yin and yang, and what lies behind the concept of qi, the life energy. Your program leader, Nora, will guide you on a journey where these topics are not only taught theoretically but also brought to life through practice.
The practice begins with basic postures, simple movement sequences, and breathing techniques. Meridian exercises illustrate the flow of life energy through the body and demonstrate how Qi Gong can contribute to holistic health. Through special exercises, you will strengthen your immune system and learn to release stress. Additionally, advanced techniques will be introduced to help balance emotions and find inner equilibrium.
Through regular repetition and deepening of the exercises, you will gain the tools to integrate Qi Gong into your daily life in a sustainable way. At the end of this retreat, you will return with a heightened awareness and a deeper connection to yourself.
The program is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners who wish to refresh or deepen their practice.
