Accommodations are booked separately at the Burghof Stauf Retreat Center.
Lovingly designed, cozy rooms that are truly one-of-a-kind: inspired by the historic setting of the location and stylishly furnished by an internationally award-winning architectural duo—based on the concept of a monastic cell. Each room is one-of-a-kind—some with cozy sloping ceilings, others with nooks and crannies, some with plenty of space, and others with a view of the valley. Only natural materials were used in the design, fostering inner reflection and a focus on what truly matters.
Accommodation and meal costs will be settled directly with the retreat center after the retreat ends:
Full-board package (vegetarian & organic): €133.40 per person per retreat weekend
Room rates (for 2 nights): between 124 € and 174 €, depending on the room category selected
Single room: 124€; Double room (single occupancy): 150€; Double room for two people: 100€ per person for 2 nights,
plus a 12€ laundry package, if desired.
Meals are booked separately at the Burghof Stauf Retreat Center.
Loving, freshly prepared, varied, vegetarian, regional organic cuisine that supports your health and well-being during the retreat. The generous breakfast buffet often features freshly baked bread. Vegan or gluten-free meals are also available upon request.
For the ultimate energy boost, pure, living, alkaline spring water is available to you all weekend long. It helps detoxify your cells and nourish them deeply. Molecular hydrogen and a high concentration of antioxidants in the water help you boost your body’s self-healing powers. Freshly made summer lemonades are included—super delicious and healthy!

7:30 a.m. Morning meditation (optional, for early risers only)
8:00–9:00 a.m. Breakfast, followed by free time in nature
10 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Qigong, bodywork, and meditation
1:00 p.m. Lunch
3:30–6:30 p.m. Walk to Rosenthal Monastery, including a picnic and Qigong
6:30 p.m. Dinner
8:00–9:30 p.m. Qigong practice and meditation

Burghof Stauf is idyllically situated in the Palatinate—between Mainz (approx. 60 km), Kaiserslautern (30 km), and Mannheim (45 km).
The nearest train station is Ramsen, and the nearest airport is Frankfurt am Main.
