Vegetarian cuisine – conscious, fresh, healthy Jette inspires the vegetarian cuisine of your retreat with her consciously composed, fresh recipes. Freshly prepared, delicious dishes support your well-being and give you energy. All dishes are made from natural, regional ingredients and show how delicious healthy, vegetarian food can be – for more lightness and balance in everyday life.

4:00–5:30 p.m. Arrival and dinner together. Followed by getting to know each other and meditation.

We will practice Zhineng Qigong and meditate for about 4 hours each day under the guidance of Sabine. There will also be breathing and relaxation exercises. Explore the majestic cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean on our hikes – including a relaxing picnic on the cliffs. Workshops and coaching on epigenetics round off the overall package.

You can also look forward to a relaxing sound bath with João and a workshop with Sandra featuring a Gene Keys session and astrological consultation, which will reveal important life keys and your potential based on your birth data. Finally, you will experience a boat tour from Lagos to the impressive caves and rock formations of the Algarve – an unforgettable highlight of your break.
