Summary
Master Liu He was trained in qigong by her grandfather at the age of 4 and was, at the time, the youngest healer and Daoist master in China. She will teach Daoist qigong and Daoist medicine. Her senior student, Qigong Master Joachim Stuhlmacher, will teach on other days. Master Liu speaks English, which will be translated directly into German.
This is a rare opportunity to experience Master Liu here in Germany—and in a former monastery, no less. Spaces are limited (32) and will fill up quickly.

There are great, simple rooms at the monastery: single rooms, double rooms, and shared rooms, all with meals included. Lunch is delivered, and the ingredients for the other meals are provided on site but are organized by each group.

There will be 2–3 hours of instruction each morning and afternoon. The program includes theory sessions on topics in Chinese medicine and practical Qigong exercises from the Liu family tradition.
Anyone interested is welcome to participate. Simple Qigong exercises, breathing exercises, and self-massage techniques will be demonstrated and practiced.
