Accommodation

A modern boutique hotel surrounded by the idyllic mountain scenery of the Bregenzerwald. Simplicity combined with attention to detail and natural materials create a feel-good place for your yoga break.

Overnight stay in a single or double room at the Hotel Bären Mellau. Participation in the yoga retreat is only possible if you stay at the Hotel Bären at the same time. Bookings are made separately at the partner hotel.
The rooms all have their own bath/shower, WC, TV, free WLAN in all hotel areas.

Catering

The accommodation booking includes half board with a regional super breakfast and a 3-course dinner. All vegetarian.

Bread from the village bakery, fresh fruit, homemade spreads, various muesli and specialties such as Vorarlberger Riebel, warm millet casserole, delicious porridges and various salads. There's also delicious coffee, high-quality teas and fresh juices. Everything your heart desires.

For dinner, the Hotel Bären kitchen serves a wonderful 3-course menu. All homemade and regional. Prepared exclusively for our yoga retreat participants.

The program is an offer to you. Allow yourself to listen to your body and your needs. If you want to sleep longer or go on long excursions, do so. Just come to the meditation / yoga classes when you feel like it :)

Arrival

The Hotel Bären, where our yoga retreat takes place, is easily accessible by public transport.

Travel by train
Train to Bregenz or Dornbirn. From there take the bus to Mellau Zentrum. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Travel time from Dornbirn approx. 50 minutes, travel time from Bregenz approx. 60 minutes.

Full refund up to 120 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 60% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
