In this seminar, a traditional bow is created with a string and three arrows. Through the process of building a bow, a kind of reconnection with our archaic roots takes place, because the bow is a millennia-old energy field that is spread all over the world. Building a bow is a kind of meditative process, a silent fusion with the element of wood, a way of going into yourself, feeling and listening. It is the bow that speaks to you, that teaches and guides you.

archery creates a unique and individual connection to your bow. You will learn how to string the bow, how to draw it, build up tension in the right posture, set the focus and then let go at the right moment.

The retreat takes place at our power place on an old, rustic mountain farm at 800m with a beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. We are surrounded by nature, forest and animals. Accommodation: is possible in guest rooms or neighboring guesthouses & vacation apartments. Nature lovers can spend the night in a tent or outdoor camp.

Catering

You have the option of eating with us for a voluntary contribution. Some of the vegetables come from our own garden. Depending on the season and weather, we like to eat together around the campfire.
