Just imagine: It's early evening. You are walking along a country lane, the sun is slowly sinking behind the hills. The sky is turning soft shades of pink and the light is warm across the wheat fields that are almost ready for harvest.
Suddenly you hear a soft rustling - a deer raises its head briefly and disappears into the nearby forest with a few light leaps. You stop for a moment, take a deep breath - and feel: this is exactly what you needed.
It is quiet and peaceful inside you, and you enjoy this inner peace.
What does your day look like?
I am there for you for about two hours every day - for whatever you like: a conversation, a walk in nature, a silent meditation or a guided yoga nidra session.
If you wish, we can consult the cards on a topic of your choice, practise simple mindfulness techniques or be inspired by a fantasy journey. You decide what feels right for you - I hold the space.
Explore the region, visit stores, enjoy a French café, discover the landscape, culture and the 4 lakes of our area. And maybe you'd even like to take a day trip to Dijon, the capital of Burgundy? I'll give you useful tips and information on all the possibilities.
If you are interested, I will also be happy to include you in my everyday life and take you with me on my activities. For example, accompany me shopping, to a meeting with friends or to a local event, yoga or stretching. So you'll be right in the middle of everyday French life!
In the evening you can enjoy the peace and quiet, perhaps with a glass of wine, and end the day as you wish.
