Discover your strengths. Act with greater clarity. Shape your own career path.
Initiative, determination, a confident demeanor, leadership skills, resilience under stress, and the ability to handle conflict are often considered essential competencies in the workplace. At the same time, these very qualities can lead to inner tension when, for example, strength of will or independence clash with your own expectations or your environment.
In this course, you’ll consciously focus on yourself and your professional development. Working with horses and intuitive archery open up different avenues to self-awareness: The horses react sensitively to your energy and inner attitude, while the flight of the arrow in archery provides immediate feedback on your own alignment. This allows you to recognize and reflect on your own patterns and develop new ways of acting in your daily professional life.
What you’ll take away:
- greater clarity about your own strengths, patterns, and options for action
- a more self-assured demeanor and greater confidence in professional settings
- new perspectives on your past and future professional development
- greater self-efficacy and personal responsibility in professional decision-making
Horses as Mirrors:
Horses react immediately to a person’s energy and inner attitude. Through interaction with the animals, you can experience the impact of your own attitude and recognize behavioral patterns that often remain unconscious in everyday life.
Intuitive Archery:
In intuitive archery, the flight of the arrow provides immediate feedback on your own alignment. Without a live counterpart, space is created for personal self-assessment and reflection on your own attitude and direction.
Professional Development & Self-Efficacy:
The focus is on three perspectives: What did I hope to gain from my daily work when I chose my career? How do I work today? And how do I want to—or will I—work in the future? Practical experiences are reflected upon using methods from NLP, pedagogy, (psycho)neurology, and various learning and psychomotor approaches, and then applied to everyday professional life.
Activities After the Course:
The educational leave program is designed so that additional riding lessons can be booked outside of the seminar. Your riding skills don’t matter—beginners, those returning to riding with basic knowledge, and advanced riders are all welcome.
No prior experience with horses or archery is required to participate.
