Authentic and loving yoga classes with yoga teacher Franzi (founder of Yoga Lotusland Eckernförde): Hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga for all levels with asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), savasana (deep relaxation), meditation, assists and supports. The postures and exercises help you to find and strengthen the connection to your inner self, to experience balance, calm and clarity.
Heart-opening cacao ritual on Sunday with journaling to reflect on the past year and realignment for 2025.

The "Hof am Wege" is a very charming farmhouse in Liensfeld near Bosau - in the middle of the meadows, fields and forests of Holstein Switzerland. A large garden, the fireplace room and the living room invite you to linger. The sauna with adjoining relaxation room incl. fireplace offers additional wellness.
