You will learn how to reduce stress, find inner peace, and sustainably increase your energy through targeted breathing techniques. Various meditation techniques will help you to be present and cultivate mindfulness.
Through conscious contact with nature and the elements, a soothing bath in the hot tub with a dreamlike mountain backdrop, and mindful walks in nature, we connect deeply with ourselves and find our way back to our inner center. All rooms at Cortinella are spacious, airy, and panelled with spruce wood. There are 5 double rooms and 1 single room. A HotPot – your wooden bathtub for relaxation. Towels and bath towels. Bed linen. Hairdryer.

A brunch, afternoon snack, and dinner that are healthy, delicious, and 100% vegan, lovingly prepared by our private and renowned retreat chef, Carlo.

Take public transport to Cortinella – Alpine Hideaway
From Zurich main station, take the train to Amsteg Grund/Seilbahn (1 hour 33 minutes), then take the cable car and enjoy an easy hike to the house (40 minutes) or to Intschi (1 hour 41 minutes), take the Intschi-Arnisee cable car, then enjoy an easy hike to the house (30 minutes).

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, the deposit is transferable to another person. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the full price must be paid.
