Example procedure - on your own:
Day 1 - Arrival and relief day
Afternoon: Individual arrival and check-in to your comfortable room. Relax with a cup of tea and let the calming atmosphere of the hotel welcome you.
Evening: Enjoy a light, relaxing soup as a gentle introduction to your fasting week. A bathrobe and sauna towels are available to borrow for additional relaxation.
Day 2 - Start of fasting
In the morning: Start your day with the first daily snack from the Salufast fasting box, supplemented with fresh teas and water. Use the Salufast fasting app for helpful tips and support.
In the morning: take part in the activity program, e.g. light exercise units or stretching exercises.
Afternoon: Relax in the sauna area or by the heated outdoor pool.
In the evening: a relaxing end to the day with another fasting meal from the fasting box.
Day 3 - Detox and relaxation
Morning: Start the day with a morning routine that you can customize. Treat yourself to exercise or rest.
Lunch: Light fasting food from the Salufast Box.
Afternoon: Enjoy a 25-minute detox massage to help the body detoxify. Then relax in the relaxation room with graduation tower or on the Physiotherm heated loungers.
Evening: Fasting meal from the Salufast fasting box with tea.
Day 4 - Fasting with activity and well-being
Morning: Take part in a guided hike to enjoy the idyllic nature of the Thuringian Forest. Exercise in the fresh air supports the fasting process.
Afternoon: A soothing massage on the medi stream® spa massage table lets you relax completely. Use the indoor pool or the infrared deep heat cabin for additional relaxation.
Evening: Fasting meal and reflection on the day in a peaceful atmosphere.
Day 5 and day 6 - continuation of fasting and relaxation
These days offer a mixture of activity and relaxation:
Participation in the alternating activity program, e.g. yoga or gymnastics.
Enjoy tea, water and your fasting food from the Salufast box.
Use the indoor and outdoor pool, the sauna or the relaxation room for moments of peace and quiet.
Plan your days flexibly according to your needs - accompanied by the fasting app and the fasting documents.
Day 7 - Recovery day and vitality
Morning: After a successful fast, enjoy a balanced full meal that gently acclimatizes the body to solid food.
Afternoon: Use the wellness areas for a final relaxing session or take part in the activity program.
Evening: Relax at the end of the day and look forward to the vitality that the restorative day will give you.
Day 8 - Vitality breakfast and departure
Morning: Enjoy an extensive vitality breakfast buffet with coffee specialties to start the day full of energy.
Morning: Individual departure. You return home refreshed, invigorated and with new energy.
