SEEDS Weekend Retreat at the Großer Garten in the Uckermark

A weekend just for you –
a space to settle in,
take a deep breath, and feel.
We invite you to spend a weekend in the heart of the Uckermark, in the enchanting Grosser Garten in Gerswalde.
Far away from everyday life, we’ll create a space over three days where you can find peace and reconnect with yourself. Fall helps you slow down, let go of what no longer serves you—and reconnect with what truly matters.
We’ll immerse ourselves deeply in nature through guided morning walks and gentle yoga, practice restorative nature rituals, and hike together through the rolling countryside, allowing these magical surroundings to ground and revitalize us.
We’ll wind down the evenings with a meditative sound and dream journey—a journey accompanied by breath and sound that gently guides you inward and opens up new depths and clarity.
In a ceramics workshop with artist Jeong Hwa Min, you’ll have the opportunity to create with your hands and express your inner world intuitively and creatively.
In between, we’ve intentionally left plenty of time and space—for nourishing meals, for writing, for meaningful conversations, or simply to reconnect with yourself more deeply.

We want to create a peaceful space for you where you feel connected to yourself, to one another, to nature, and to all the other beings that call the Big Garden home :). We hope you’ll return to your daily lives feeling refreshed, inspired, and perhaps with new intentions. And, of course, with a piece of pottery you’ve made yourself as a memento of the experience.

Where?
The Grosse Garten used to be a castle garden and is like a little paradise—an energetic place full of wonderful plants that stretches out in terraces toward a small grove, offering an interesting blend of tranquility and creative energy.
Gerswalde is located in the vast, rolling landscape of the Uckermark, which gently soothes the soul with its many lakes and forests.
In the garden, there’s the old gardener’s house, which serves as our lodging, and a barn for group activities; there are also two trailers that can be used for overnight stays.
The trip to and from Berlin takes about 1 hour by car or by taking the
RE3 from Gesundbrunnen to Wilmersdorf near Angermünde, followed by a bus.

Who?
Larissa and Susanne have known each other for many years and joined forces in 2024 to launch their project, Seeds Weaving Lab. Their mission is to create interdisciplinary, sensory spaces for experience that foster a deep reconnection with oneself, the Earth, and the greater field that holds everything together.
Larissa leads women’s circles in Berlin and has completed, among other things, yoga teacher training and a shamanic medicine woman training program. Her circles are powerful, creative, and sustained by a deep love for the Earth.

Susanne is a designer and also offers Ayurvedic yoga massages. She also loves pottery. Her wish is to create spaces where everything weaves together into a greater whole and everything—both objects and living beings—communicates with one another.

Together, they also lead Rebozo ceremonies.

For this retreat, we’ve teamed up with Jeong Hwa Min, who is originally from Korea and has been living in Gerswalde for 9 years. She is an illustrator and ceramicist and has a studio on the grounds of the Großer Garten. She will design a pottery workshop with and for us.
