Summary
As a tourism expert, avid sewer, and sewing class instructor, I offer sewing weekends in Brandenburg through “Mascha and the Machine.”
The only available dates in 2026 are December 4–6, 2026.
All you need to bring is your sewing machine and your own projects—everything else is included: Accommodations from Friday at 3 p.m. to Sunday at 1 p.m., 2 nights in 2- to 4-bed rooms, full board with 4 meals a day and a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, your own sewing space, linens, and plenty of time for yourself.
Treat yourself to some time off and spend the weekend with like-minded people enjoying the most wonderful hobby in the world! You should already have some sewing experience. You’re welcome to chat with the other participants while you’re here, and I’ll be on hand to offer advice and assistance.

Wir haben als Gruppe mit max. 10 Teilnehmenden das komplette Haus für uns. Unten befinden sich die Schlafräume (2-4-Bettzimmer), 2 Bäder für alle und eine kleine Kaffeeküche und Esstisch für eine kurze Pause oder gemeinsames Zusammensitzen am Abend. Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Handtücher sind mitzubringen.
In der oberen Etage ist der Seminarraum, den wir durchgängig am Wochenende nutzen können. Dort gibt es ausreichend Tische, Stühle, Zuschneidetisch, Bügelbrett, Kleiderstange, Spiegel usw.
Der Speiseraum befindet sich im Gasthof nebenan. Dort gehen wir zu den Mahlzeiten Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen einfach rüber.

Buffet-style meals are served at the inn next door. Fresh meals are prepared for us daily, using regional ingredients whenever possible. Vegetarian options are available, as well as gluten-free (vegan upon request). Various non-alcoholic beverages are included, such as water, juice, tea, and coffee. A basic selection of alcoholic beverages is also included. Please bring any additional beverages with you.

The exact times will be shared in a WhatsApp group before departure.
Everyone can spend the weekend however they like. Meal times are set, but the sewing room is always open. This means you can tailor your weekend experience to suit your individual preferences.
Everyone works on their own projects; there are no set guidelines or structured classes—just individual sewing and mutual support.
Arrival
The drive takes about 1.5 hours from Berlin. Parking is available next to the house. Carpooling from Berlin or a pickup from the train station in Letschin are possible.
