Summary

As a tourism expert, enthusiastic seamstress and sewing course instructor, I offer sewing weekends in Brandenburg with "Mascha and the machine".

There will be 4 dates again in 2026 in Oderbruch. (Brandenburg). You only need to bring your sewing machine and your own projects, everything else is included: stay from Friday 3pm to Sunday 1pm, 2 nights in 2-4 bed rooms, full board with 4 meals per day and various non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, your own sewing space, bed linen and lots of time for yourself.

Treat yourself to some time out and spend the weekend with like-minded people doing the most beautiful hobby in the world! You should already have sewing experience. You are welcome to exchange ideas with the other participants on site and I will be on hand to give you advice and support.

Accommodation

As a group with a maximum of 10 participants, we have the entire house to ourselves. Downstairs are the bedrooms (2-4 bed rooms), 2 bathrooms for everyone and a small coffee kitchen and dining table for everyone for a short break or sitting together in the evening. Bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels.

On the upper floor is the seminar room, which we can use throughout the weekend. There are plenty of tables, chairs, a cutting table, ironing board, clothes rail, mirror, etc.
The dining room is in the inn next door. We simply go over there for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Catering

Catering in buffet form in the inn next door. The food is freshly cooked for us every day and as regional as possible. Vegetarian is possible, also gluten-free (vegan on request). Various non-alcoholic drinks are included, such as water, juice, tea and coffee. A basic stock of alcoholic drinks is also included. Others should be brought along.

The exact times will be shared in a Whatsapp group before departure.
Everyone can spend the weekend as they wish. Meal times are fixed, access to the sewing room is always open. This means that the design of the weekend is highly customizable.
Everyone sews their own projects, there are no fixed guidelines or course formats, just individual sewing and help from each other.

Arrival

Drive approx. 1.5 hours from Berlin. Parking is available next to the house. Carpooling from Berlin or pick-up from the train station in Letschin is possible.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 120 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

From 29 days before arrival the costs will be charged in full.
It is possible to organize a replacement person.
