Silence retreats are a healing way to bring order to the mind. Embark on a journey into silence. Research supports our goal of calming the mind through silence and, above all, freeing our brains from past burdens. The program leader will guide you through the process of silence. You will learn about Jon Kabat-Zinn’s method of stress reduction, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), and gain insight into the structure of Zen meditation. Led by the highly experienced program director Bernhard Hötzel.
