We look at our thoughts mindfully, without judgment, and learn to face them with more clarity and serenity.

Arrival by train is possible without any problems. The Dissen/Bad Rothenfelde train station is a 2 km walk from the hotel. Approx. 5 minutes after the train arrives, bus number 475 will take you to Bad Rothenfelde. Get off at the Parkklinik stop. The walk (Waldstraße, Am Kurpark) takes approx. 2 minutes with luggage.

By car you can only reach us via the access road "Parkstraße", as the lower part of the road "Am Kurpark" is closed to traffic.
