During these sound retreats, you will discover how targeted sound work promotes deep relaxation, releases tension, and activates inner resources. Sound journeys, guided relaxation sessions, and mindful awareness exercises create a safe space to let go of everyday life and fully reconnect with yourself. The gentle tones of Tibetan singing bowls and koshis accompany you on a journey inward—carried by silence, nature, and mindfulness.
These days are an invitation to take time for yourself, find peace, and recharge your energy. Sounds not only have a relaxing effect but also foster a more refined body awareness, support emotional release, and can strengthen lasting inner balance.
Content & Focus
The program combines various elements of sound work into a holistic experience:
- Evening sound meditations with Tibetan singing bowls and koshis
- soothing sound baths, guided imagery, and mindfulness exercises
- self-exploration with singing bowls and resonance exercises
- moments of reflection, silence, and mindful “me-time”
We engage with the sounds in various ways—lying down, sitting, or moving gently, on a mat or throughout the room. These days invite you to realign body, mind, and soul and allow a deep inner harmony to emerge. The effects of the sounds may continue to resonate long after the retreat has ended.
Additionally, there is the option to attend yoga classes from the Mountain Retreat Center’s open program (for a fee).
