✨Meditation - Yoga - Mantra Chanting - and Exploring Local and Indian Mythologies💫
Bonus: Block Printing Workshop - Get Creative! 🎨
At the foot of the Rax, a diverse program awaits you, immersing you in the magic of India!
MANTRA & MEDITATION
Immerse yourself in the frequency of Indian mantras and let Sarasvati’s energy carry you away!
Together, we will create energy vortexes and let them flow into nature.
Singing clears the mind, dispels distracting thoughts, shifts you into different vibrations, and makes it easier to access meditation!
YOGA
Yoga teacher Rahul from Jaipur, India, will guide us into flexibility with simple exercises.
He takes each individual’s needs into account and sensitively tailors his program.
BLOCK PRINTING WORKSHOP
The labor-intensive, handmade creation of patterns on fabric is rarely practiced anymore.
Rahul will share details and bring along wooden blocks and fabrics.
We’ll get hands-on.
At the end, you can take home your own printed bag!
Feel free to bring your own items to print on, or purchase and design additional pieces like Indian yoga pants.
EUROPEAN & INDIAN MYTHOLOGY
Indian mythology and its connections to ancient European spiritual traditions
Exciting connections, similarities, and differences with a focus on nature deities and nature beings.
We will make contact and seek out our spiritual guides—real beings, far removed from fantasy!
