We will meet on Thursday evening from 6 p.m. for a relaxed get-together at the guesthouse, hopefully by the fire if the weather is kind to us. On Friday and Saturday, we plan to run the program from around 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday until around 12 noon. These times are for guidance only and are not set in stone if the group has other preferences.
• You will be able to consciously perceive and feel your personal situation. • Stimulated by small impulses, you can open your senses and establish a healthy connection to nature. Here you can really find yourself and feel what mindfulness means. • You can try out simple meditations that can help you in challenging situations. • Metaphors and short stories will inspire you and be your companions and friendly sources of inspiration in your more relaxed and healthy life. • We will familiarize you with resilience factors and proven ways to strengthen them. • By the end, you will know ideas and ways to deal with stress and pressure, recognize yourself better, and act in an energy-saving and self-caring manner.
• Most of the program will take place in the forest or in nature. In addition to relaxed practical exercises and self-awareness sequences, you will learn relevant scientific findings—presented in a simple and understandable way. • In a small group, you can reflect on your experiences and/or use solo time for yourself. • Each participant will receive an A5 booklet for notes.
We will plan the day according to the weather. Layered clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended, as are swimwear and sunscreen. When we are out in nature, we will walk at a comfortable and, if necessary, slow pace. The routes are manageable, covering only a few kilometers, and are well suited for a "normal" walker.
