During this retreat, surrounded by the silence of time-honored monastery walls, you will achieve what is otherwise impossible in everyday life: to focus on your own self without noise and sensory overload and to find new ways to achieve personal peace. Experience the silence at Lehnin Monastery as a gateway to a higher quality of life. We will fast according to the Buchinger method. This means that we voluntarily abstain from solid food and luxury foods for a limited period of one week, consume plenty of fluids in the form of delicious fasting soups and freshly squeezed juices with water and tea, perform regular bowel movements, balance exercise with light hikes in nature and gentle yoga sessions and rest, and carefully rebuild our diet.
The Buchinger method is recommended if you feel that everything is too much at the moment and you urgently need a "reset." Give up excess for a while—too much food, too much work, and too much stress not only burden our bodies but also our souls.
This lovingly and wholeheartedly run retreat is ALL-INCLUSIVE (accommodation, fasting meals, a varied seminar program of yoga, meditation, hikes, mindfulness and reflection exercises in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Lehnin forest and lake landscape).

3 alkaline foot baths
Stay overnight on the historic grounds of Lehnins Monastery. The guest floor of Lehnins Monastery is located on the second floor of the Cecilienhaus. It offers guests six single rooms, six double rooms, and a living room for unwinding, relaxing, and reflecting. All rooms are furnished in a modern country house style. The toilets, showers, an American kitchen for preparing fasting meals, and a dining area in the hallway give the area a family atmosphere.
