Diverse yoga and meditation program led by a trained and certified Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa yoga instructor
5 x energizing, gentle Hatha/Vinyasa yoga in the morning, 60 minutes each
5 x relaxing and regenerating Yin Yoga in the evening, 90 minutes each
Guided relaxation techniques, such as progressive muscle relaxation and autogenic training
Guided breathing techniques for activation in the morning and relaxation in the evening
1 guided Yoga Nidra session for deep relaxation
1 x guided singing bowl meditation
1 x Silence: Introduction to the power of silence, including an agreed period of silence
