Friday – Arrival and Settling In
The retreat begins with arrival, settling in, and a group dinner. This is followed by an introduction to the practice, including the distribution of the Ikigai Compass cards. Gentle movement, the basics of meditation, and a first guided meditation focusing on breath and body help you settle in mindfully and calmly.
Saturday – Deepening, Mindfulness, and Inner Peace
The day begins with tea, movement, yoga, chanting “Om,” and meditation. After breakfast together, there is time for sharing, discussion, and questions within the group, as well as a walk through the village. The rest of the day focuses on an introduction to the Metta practice, Metta meditation, and dyad work. This is followed by a phase of silence, stillness, and sound, insights from Zen stories, mindful walking, and energy exercises. In the evening, a dream journey and yoga for sleep round out the day.
Sunday – Alignment and Conclusion
The final day begins with tea, energizing movement, yoga, and prostrations following the five earth touches. After breakfast, a dream journey through the new year invites inner alignment and reflection, complemented by movement, yoga, and partner yoga. The retreat concludes with a ritual of appreciation, in which each participant is acknowledged, strengthened, and sent off with good wishes. Afterward, the retreat ends with a shared lunch and departure.
