Over five days, we will work with the elements—through the building blocks of yoga, meditation, and pranayama—and take time for ourselves to find peace and inner balance and to recharge our strength and energy.

We will practice Qigong and experience the power and potential of our breath (transformative breathwork) to let go of the old and activate our life energy. On our fasting and silent day, we will cleanse our bodies and minds, releasing physical, mental, and emotional baggage to align ourselves with the new.

This retreat offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the elements and their influence on our lives and to learn techniques that you can also integrate into your everyday life. We invite you on a transformative journey to discover the power of the five elements so that you can return to your everyday life with new energy and clarity.

The rooms at Hensellek Hof are bright, simple, and welcoming. Accommodation in the studio (shared room) from €225 (for 5 nights). Single rooms available on request at an additional cost (+€100).

Catering

You can expect three healthy and delicious meals a day, vegan and lovingly prepared with seasonal products, mostly organic, by our private retreat chef. The meal allowance is €265.
