SUP Yoga stands for Stand-Up Paddle Yoga - yoga on the water. What sounds playful is actually an intense experience for body and mind. Because on the rocking board, even simple postures become a small challenge - and that's exactly what makes it so appealing. The practice strengthens your deep muscles, challenges your balance and brings you very close to the moment: sky above you, water below you, vastness all around.
Twice a week you have the opportunity to practise SUP yoga with Alexandra Schilken - no previous experience is necessary, just a desire to learn something new and the ability to swim. There are also two yoga sessions a day on the finca: a powerful one in the morning and a gentle one at the end of the day. The open program (Sunday to Friday) gives you maximum freedom: you choose what you feel like doing.
The Son Manera Retreat Finca offers the perfect conditions for this. The spacious complex with 77,000 m² of green space, its own olive grove and spa is both a retreat and a source of strength. During breaks, you can enjoy the vegetarian-vegan full board, refresh yourself in the indoor or saltwater pool or relax in the sauna. A highlight in summer: the weekly shuttle to the beach - even three times a week in July and August.
