Certified prevention course, subsidized by health insurance providers, from April 24–26 and October 9–11, 2026.
In the beautiful Sauerland region, a 5-minute drive from Willingen and surrounded by nature, we offer an intensive introductory Tai Chi course. No prior experience is required.
Over the weekend (Fri–Sun), you’ll get to know the Asian movement art of Tai Chi Chuan. When practiced regularly, Tai Chi improves flexibility and body balance, calms the mind, relaxes the body, and leads to greater serenity. Breath and energy can flow freely, giving us the strength to cope with everyday life.
Anyone who wants to learn Tai Chi, take a break from the daily grind, and (re)connect with themselves and their body is welcome to join the course. The intensive course consists of 10 hours spread over three days, during which the topic of mindfulness is explored and the Tai Chi Yang short form “Ba chengyi si” is taught. If the weather is nice, we look forward to practicing Tai Chi with you amidst nature on the hotel’s numerous meadows and outdoor spaces!
Your Tai Chi master students Katja Möller and Uwe Kroggel are certified by the German Federation for Taiji and Qigong and run a Tai Chi school as well as a training center for aspiring Tai Chi instructors and teachers in Langenfeld (Rhineland).

Katja and Uwe are a good team when it comes to giving beginners an insight into the Taiji exercises. Very competent, very patient and didactically valuable the first knowledge is conveyed. We have benefited greatly and continue to practice!
