Understanding asanas, practicing them consciously, improving them sustainably
Together we will work on the basics and subtleties of the most important and recurring asanas - including warrior poses, the triangle, sun salutations and many more. In in-depth units on all key poses, you will learn about the anatomical and energetic principles behind healthy alignment and find out what positive effects the individual asanas can have on the body and mind.
Over the course of the week, we will systematically deal with the various asana groups: Backbends and forward bends, balance poses and arm balances, twists, inversion poses and standing postures. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to technique, alignment and conscious body awareness.
Aspects that are often neglected in normal classes are also highlighted here: Breathing (pranayama), bandhas, meditation, the importance of savasana - all of these are incorporated into the lessons. Every day you will repeat and integrate what you have learned in beautiful, flowing yoga sequences to consolidate your practice in the long term.

This retreat supports you in building your asanas in a healthy, grounded and stable way - so that your energy (prana) can flow freely. You will sharpen your awareness of your body, breath and energy, strengthen your inner alignment and at the same time discover lightness, joy and peace in movement.
The aim is for you to be able to shape your yoga practice confidently and safely - regardless of whether you continue to practise yoga online, take part in studio classes or take to the mat yourself at home. You will receive individual support, targeted corrections and valuable impulses to develop your practice independently and sustainably.
