Vegetarian meals will be provided throughout our time together. Since we’ll be cooking for ourselves as a group, we’d love to have some helping hands for preparing fresh meals and in the kitchen.

This can lead to internal imbalances that manifest in various ways.

The holistic wisdom of shamanism begins right here and views the human being as a unified whole. But how can we read and understand these signs from within our own bodies?

This weekend, we’ll take time to explore the deep interplay between body, mind, and spirit. Through practical exercises, drumming, ritual practices, and an understanding of energy systems, we’ll delve into these questions.

We’ll also enjoy an evening together around the fire.
