The five animals of Shaolin Qi Gong

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

During these days in the Mühlviertel hills, you will get to know the movements of the five animals of Shaolin Qi Gong and their beneficial power. Feel Qi, the life energy that can flow freely and permeably.

Nutrition is also part of this. You will learn which food strengthens which organ and when, and which foods weaken when. Physical exercises in combination with mental exercises and nutrition bring strength, health, harmony and joy into your life.

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
