BookAt the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center, you can enjoy modern vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Start your day with a hearty breakfast featuring breads, jams, cheese, freshly made porridge, fruit, a variety of milk options, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee, and a selection of teas. At 2 p.m., we serve a light lunch featuring a warming soup as well as spreads with bread or pastries.
During these days in the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel region, you will learn the movements of the five animals of Shaolin Qi Gong and experience their healing power. Feel Qi, the life energy that can flow freely and unimpeded.
Nutrition is also an integral part of this. You will learn which foods strengthen which organs and when, and which foods weaken them and when. Physical exercises combined with mental exercises and nutrition bring strength, health, harmony, and joy into your life.

From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbach federal highway to Altenfelden
From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden
By train and bus
Take the train to Linz Hauptbahnhof; from there, there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden. Pickup from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pickup from the bus: 2:08 PM and 3:08 PM (registration required at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 9:50 a.m. and 10:50 a.m.
