If you’d like to escape the daily grind and combine wellness with exercise, then this weekend is perfect for you. We’ll practice yoga, Pilates, meditation, and relaxation techniques 1–2 times a day. We’ll also use breathing exercises to recharge our energy. In the 2,500-square-meter spa area, you can simply let your mind wander. The delicious breakfast buffet and our 3-course luxury dinner menu will also nourish your body. Join us!! The weekend is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. The Klostermühle Estate is a wonderful nature resort where you can relax and pamper yourself, and it’s very popular with nature lovers. Surrounded by forests and fields and situated right on the lake, it’s an absolute highlight in every season. In addition, the huge spa area offers various saunas and fantastic wellness treatments from around the world.

The breakfast buffet has everything your heart desires. A variety of breads, assorted spreads, and a colorful, healthy selection of fruits and vegetables. Delicious egg dishes to ensure an optimal protein intake after your workout.
Dinner is served at the Alte Schmiede restaurant and is sure to delight food lovers. You can choose from fish, meat, or vegetarian options. The meal starts with soup or a salad, and of course, dessert is a must.
Our retreat begins on Friday evening at 6:00 PM. You can arrive starting at 3:00 PM, check into your room, and relax in the wellness and spa area.
Friday: 6:00–7:30 PM: Welcome session and movement practice
Starting at 8:00 PM: Dinner in the restaurant
Saturday: 8:00–9:30 a.m. Start the morning with movement and relaxation practice (Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates)
9:30–11:00 a.m. Breakfast, followed by free time (nature, wellness, or spa)
5:30–7:00 PM Restorative practice to round out the day (Yin Yoga, myofascial release, relaxation)
7:30 PM Dinner in the restaurant
Sunday: 8:00–9:30 AM Final movement and relaxation practice
9:30–11:00 AM Breakfast, followed by departure or use of the spa area
You can drive your own car!
Carpooling is available upon request!
Travel by public transportation and pick-up from the train station via hotel shuttle (please register in advance)
The cancellation policy can be found on the hotel’s website. We are happy to assist you in finding a replacement who can take your place if you are unable to attend.
The course fee of 200 euros must be paid in advance. You will pay for the hotel and half-board directly at the hotel.
